One of Kochi Prefecture's premium wagyu brands. Among Japanese Black cattle raised for fattening in Kochi Prefecture, carcasses graded Meat Quality Grade 4 or higher and slaughtered at Meat Pro Kochi may be labeled as TOSA KURO-USHI.
